even though us at psycirlce are in san diego, we never throw events here because it's logistically impossible. our events are usually within a short distance of LA. check us out at www.psycircle.com and request to be on the mailing list for future events. Our last one featured Psykovsky's first USA appearance along with Iguana / Naked Tourist.

San Diego is not LA, however most of the events that psycircle puts on is in the Mojave, and the Monks of Madness tend to play occasional Psytribe parties. I'm sure if there was more of a public outcry in the LA scene for it, more of us crazy dudes would come and play. If you ever see the Pharmacist on a party lineup, he'll play some crazy dark stuff.

I live in Riverside, and also have not found good Dark Psy in LA. I did find this group of Psy DJs. http://tribes.tribe.net/psycircle They put out some of the best SPANK in so-cal. Bitchen parties out in the forest or desert and often have a huge fire to also dance around. Look for the Monks of Madness! Namaste. D
